Amanda Loves to cater menu’s to suit everybody’s needs, sitting down with you to design the right menu for you and your guests , also looking after anyone with dietary needs as they are so often forgotten , I love to make them feel special too.
Always using local suppliers and market fresh produce to be sure that all of her food is kept at a premium standard, all food is prepared by Amanda down to the relish that you put on your meat ball.

Roasted Butter flied Leg of lamb Marinated in Rosemary, Lemon & seeded Mustard Served with a light Jus and Crispy Smashed herb & garlic potatoes
Marinated Chicken wrapped in Pancetta seared on the Bbq finished with a sage butter
A basmati & noodle Pilaf tossed with shallots
Cumin spiced Roasted pumpkin with baby spinach leaves & chorizo sausage tossed in honey mustard dressing
Tomatoes, cucumber, Spanish onion, marinated olives & feta tossed with mixed leaves in a balsamic dressing
Whole Baked Sweet Potatoes served with lashings of butter & topped with shallots
Basket filled with a selection of freshly baked bread rolls

This is a great location where you basically can have the room for the weekend giving the key back on Sunday afternoon. You may bring your own alcohol, this is a saving in itself, and it is right on the waterfront of Salamander bay with the beach at your doorstep the beautiful rustic jetty to have your photos on.
You can do as little as you want or as much as you want with the setting up of your wedding or Amanda can organize staff to set up & clean up if you wish.
